The Performance Appraisal Program is designed to be in line with the Kingdoms Vision 2030 and its orientation towards developing the job performance of employees in all sectors of the Kingdom.
The program is based on the daily evaluation of the employee by sending the daily performance report to the direct manager, and then the manager to view and review the reports submitted by the staff, and then assess the performance of his department staff on a weekly basis, then the system to calculate the annual percentage of the employee on his manager evaluation.
Takym also provides the possibility of conducting questionnaires for the operator at the level of the entity, at department level or at specific job title with a presentation of the results of the questionnaire at different levels.
